The crazy program is a music theme composed by Fumie Kumatani for Phantasy Star Online. It is the first theme that plays in the monitor room when faced against Vol Opt and its ultimate form Vol Opt ver.2, the rampaging bosses of the Mines area of Episode 1.
Upon dealing a significant amount of damage to Vol Opt's monitors and pillars, the fight transitions to an enclosed area accompanied by the theme, You have nowhere to go.
