Reshel is a town in Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium.
Located in the northern ice fields of Dezolis, Reshel was a small settlement for Parmanian expatriates circa AW 2284.
Story[]
As calamity began to spread throughout Algo, the bizarre formation known as the Garuberk Tower appeared east of town, causing a violent blizzard to cover the entire planet. Closer to the tower, however, Reshel and Meese were being struck by a plague that turned the living into zombies. Reshel was hit in full force and was reduced to ruins, yet zombies still have their run of the field. Although Chaz Ashley and his party can visit the ruins and destroy armies of the undead, the latter are quite powerful foes and can easily overwhelm them, continually replicating as the party steps further into the ruins.
Once the party destroys the Garuberk Tower and the source of the anomalies on Dezolis, the zombie plague is dispelled and the Parmanians begin to rebuild.
The player must check back with the residents to observe the town after each major event post-liberation. When fully rebuilt, Reshel will host an armor shop with the strongest items available for purchase.
