Phantasy Star Online Episode III C.A.R.D. Revolution & Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst Episode IV Visual Book, henceforth referred to as PSO Episode III & IV Visual Book, is an art book containing a collection of production artwork of Phantasy Star Online Episode III C.A.R.D. Revolution and Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst. It was released as part of a bundle with The Elements of Phantasy Star Universe on April 28, 2007 exclusively for the Japanese market.

The PSO Episode III & IV Visual Book contains production artwork and assorted lore commentary for Phantasy Star Online Episode III C.A.R.D. Revolution and Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst. The collection is unique in that the C.A.R.D. Revolution front cover is right-side up while the second half of the collection featuring Blue Burst is flipped upside down. Each side announces the conclusion to its half of the book with a blue and white "END" page before flipping the pages in the other direction.
The C.A.R.D. Revolution side contains a story overview for the Hunters and Arkz and high resolution artwork of many of the cards found within the video game, while the Blue Burst half provides a story synopsis of the Phantasy Star Online story, character profiles, monster and weapon concept art, and a printed reproduction of the comical Blue Burst manga that was published on Sega's official website while the servers were still operational.
In between both END sections is a page dedicated to the Phantasy Star Online world background and an official timeline detailing many important dates in After Unification War that connects all four of the Phantasy Star Online episodes together.
