Odin, petrified, is discovered by Alis and Myau in Phantasy Star: Generation 1.

Medusa Cave is a dungeon just south of the residential areas on Palma in Phantasy Star. The legendary fighter Odin, who has been turned to stone by Medusa, can be found here. He can be rescued if Alis is able to recover the alsulin from his lost companion, Myau. Odin's compass can also be found in the cave hidden within a chest.

Medusa Cave is a single floor dungeon that is pitch black on entry. A flashlight or Magic Lamp is needed in order to proceed. Hidden within the dungeon's labyrinth lies the fighter Odin still petrified to stone by Medusa. He can be freed from his prison with the use of alsulin.
