Kenichi Tokoi (Japanese: 床井 健一) is a Japanese musician, sound director and sound designer. He has played a very active role in developing music for Sega properties, especially in the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. He was also the main composer for the majority of Idola: Phantasy Star Saga's soundtrack.
