Flapjack Flapper (Japanese: フラップジャックフラッパー) is a rare dagger-type weapon that appears exclusively in Episode IV of Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst.
Flapjack Flapper can only be equipped by HUcaseal, HUnewearl, RAmarl, and RAcaseal. When its special attack is used on the enemy, the weapon will attempt to steal 17% of the target's hit points if the attack hits.
