Minor characters in Phantasy Star Online 2

Characters that play a minimal role in the story of Phantasy Star Online 2. These characters usually either make a single appearance, exist only to give the player client orders, or act as a shopkeeper in the ARKS Lobby.

ラヴェール Revelle Lavere (SEA)	A young woman whose family was slain by Darkers when she was a child. Found in the far right of the Gate Area, near the window. Issues Client Orders in regards to the subjugation of Darkers.
ミケーラ Michaela	The winner of the 2012 character contest hosted by SEGA. She appeared for a limited period of time around the shopping center of the lobby and provided client orders to the player.
クレシダ Kressida Cressida (SEA)	Stands next to the Elevator behind the Pet/Item Lab in the Shopping Area. Issues orders ranging from Collection to Complete Missions with a S-Rank in a certain period of time.
クロト Klotho Chroto (SEA)	Newman who handles Time Attacks and Extreme Quests. Famed among players for being a bottomless source of free Meseta. Located on the second floor of the Gate Area, in the leftmost segment. Issues Client Orders for Time Attacks, Extreme Quests, and Riding Quests.
ハンス Hans	If facing the Gateway Tunnel from the Elevator in the Gate Area is to the Left by the window. Issues Client Orders in regards to killing of certain monsters in a given area.
ジラード Girard	Stands by the elevator behind the Costume/Item Shop in the Shopping Area. ARKS Scientist that issues Client Orders in regards to subjugating "Rare" monsters and fauna.
フランカ Franka Franca (SEA)	A famous chef among ARKS who experiments with various alien meats and ingredients for her dishes. Runs her own Cafe known as Franka's Cafe. Found in both Franka's Cafe and in the Shop Area, near the back left Block Teleporter. Issues Client Orders requiring players to collect items from monsters.
エメライン Emmeline Emeline (SEA)	Stands next to the Costume/Item Shop in the Shopping Area across from lo. Fellow ARKS Scientist and friend of Girard issues Client Orders in reguards to the many Weather Effects that take place across the planets
アリス Alis	Across from Light and Aki in the Shopping Area.
サトリ Satori	Satori is the clerk handling the AC shop of both PSO2 and PSO2es. If it is the player's first time visiting her shop, she will be glad to provide explanations for their every question.
マリー Marie	Marie, along with her sidekick Mei, play host to various anniversary events regarding Phantasy Star Online 2. The calm to Mei's bubbly, the two provide information about special contests that players can participate in for a limited time at the official website.

ARKS Class Trainers[]

Specialists at their class, they test the player character by assigning them tasks that increases in difficulty.

ジャン Jean Jan (SEA)	Old ARKS member who has a tendency to prattle on about his past endeavors, regardless of whether anyone is actually listening to him. Found in the Shop Area's lower level, near Hubert and Lottie. Issues Client Orders that teach players about basic mechanics.
ジョーゼフ Jozsef Joseph (SEA)	Veteran ARKS member. Found on the Gate Area's second floor, in front of the Bridge. Issues Advanced Weapon Training Client Orders.
カトリ Katori	A Newman girl who carries herself as if she were royalty. One of the two creators of the Bouncer class. Found in the Gate Area near the central Teleporter. Issues Client Orders for Dual Blades.
マールー Marlu	Quiet young woman who oversees the Force and Techer classes. Although she initially displays a dislike to Hunters, she eventually grows close to Ohza. Found behind the central Teleporter in the Gate Area. Issues Client Orders for Forces and Techers.
オーザ Ohza Oza (SEA)	Hearty young man who oversees the Hunter and Fighter classes. He initially demonstrates a dislike for Forces, but eventually grows close to Marlu. Found behind the central Teleporter in the Gate Area. Issues Client Orders for Hunters and Fighters.
サガ Saga	A CAST who spends his life keeping his partner, Katori, in check. Has a very straightforward personality. Found near the central teleporter in the Gate Area. Issues Client Orders for standard Bouncer Orders as well as Jet Boots Orders.

ARKS Lobby Gate Area[]

People located in the main lobby area near the campship. They assist the player with registering and preparing for quests.

ファイナ Faina Fina (SEA/Global)	Operator who oversees Daily Orders. Found at the left Quest Counter after Anneliese. Issues Daily Orders, Client Orders that refresh once a day.
コフィー Koffie Cofy (SEA/Global)	Operator who oversees the progress of ARKS members. Found at the right Quest Counter between Rebecca and Pudding. Issues various Client Orders related to opening new content, such as Level Cap increases, new areas, and Licenses.
プリン Pudding Prin (SEA/Global)	"Talking with me would just waste our time." Operator who handles Extreme Passes and Collection Files. Despite her professional appearance, she occasionally displays moments of low self-esteem.Located to the far right of the right Quest Counter.
レベッカ Rebecca	Rebecca is the quest counter attendant located to the east of the main lobby next to Koffie. By speaking to her, she will register the player for their preferred quest of choice.

"You have no luck. Brilliantly."

The infamous man himself, Dudu welcomes all visitors willing to test their luck at his grinding station with a knowing chuckle. Although the title "con man" may be what is on most people's minds, Dudu will be quick to acknowledge that he is not the reason for the constant failures. It is the player's brilliantly terrible luck. Dudu is located on odd numbered blocks in the shopping centre.

"I wonder if you will come back to my shop again..."

The very nervous assistant to Dudu, Monica tries her best to empower the weapons of ARKS visitors by means of grinding technology with varying results due to her clumsiness. Despite her constant failures, she means well and will constantly exclaim her sorrow with each unsuccessful venture. Monica is located on even numbered blocks in the shopping centre.

Shopkeeper who handles Item Tekking, identifying rare weapons while granting them a Gift Ability and a desired Element. Found at the Weapon Shop.

A place to relax after a hard day of work, the casino is a gambler's paradise. The attendants here strive to serve the every need an ARKS member could possibly ask for, after they have bet away their casino coins.

ディール Deal	Emcee for the Casino Area, typically found circling the area in a giant Arkuma hot air balloon. Makes periodic announcements as well as announcing to other players when someone gets lucky.
イーブン Even	A bartender at the Casino Area.
フルハウス Full House	Item Shop Clerk in the Casino. Sells the same stock of items as Felicia in the Shopping Area.
ハーティー Hearty	Casino Employee that walks around the Casino Floor by the Mesta Shooter. Gives explanations about the various casino games that are in place.
