Casra (Japanese: カスラ) is a character in Phantasy Star Online 2. He is the third of the Council of Six, and successor to one of the Three Heroes, being the second Casra.
Personality[]
Casra has a friendly nature and is rather humble, but he carries an air of secrecy about himself and his movements. At times, he is willing to play the "bad guy" if it means greater unity and cooperation, albeit at his own cost.
History[]
Casra is actually a clone of the original Casra, whose body was possessed by Luther after he proved difficult to control. He was created in AP 208, and attained the third seat on the Council of Six in AP 230.
As a clone, Casra is beholden to Luther but also feels a great deal of guilt over his role in Luther's schemes. He therefore works as a double-agent, taking steps to secretly undermine Luther and eventually playing a vital role in exposing his unethical experiments.
After the events of Episode 3, he founds the "Intelligence Division" of ARKS and essentially becomes the organisation's formal spymaster.
Powers and abilities[]
Unlike the explosive power of his fellow Council of Six members, Casra's abilities are more meticulous and built around effectiveness being suited for more prolonged battles. Casra also holds the power of Abyss, an exclusive ability to members of the Council of Six that allows them to execute absolute order and authority over other ARKS members. Once issued, the command cannot be disobeyed except by another Abyss order with equal authority.
His Genesis Weapon is Florenberg the Luminous, which when activated spawns what appears to be a spiral galaxy on its top. The mechanism is actually a spacial portal device that is capable of transporting mass over short distances.
