Baya Malay Tower sits at the top of Baya Malay, in the north-east of Palma. Its many levels, multiple routes and strong inhabitants make it arguably the most difficult dungeon in Phantasy Star. The tower is home to the soothsayer Damor and the Miracle Key, and is also the only place high enough for the Aeroprism to be used.
